Tanhoy is a major supplier of speciality oils and botanicals for the healthfood .cosmtic.pharmaceutical industries. Our customers include wholesales , processors, encapsulators and traders, all of whom need bulk supplies of high-quality, reliable product at a keen price. we can supply quantities from as little as 20 kg up to foll container loads, and wecan ship anywhere in the word. As an Chinese company with our own production extraction and refining facilities we are able to take full ad-wantage of the lower cost base in china to supply at keenly competitive prices without compromising on quality. Our major product is evening primrose oil which is recognized as a leading source of GLA(gamma-linonlenic acid ) in the nutritional market. we also supply other GLA- containing borage (starflower) and blackcurrant oils, plus a wide rang of other specialty oils and botanical product. Tanhoy owns and operates a 20, 000 square-meter state-of-the-art facility for processing speciality oils, which includes our own analytical laboratory, pharmacy workshop, office facilities and warehousing. The production facilities were installed in 2004 and were fully certified as organic by the Organic Corp Improvement Association (international) and the US national Organic program. In the factory itself, we have the following program. High –performance cold-press oil extraction system Automatic solvent oil extraction system (low residue) Stainless steel herbal extraction system Stainless steel oil refinery (five stage purification) Short-path distillation (molecular distillation) physical refinery Automatic gravity table and winnower for seed cleaning Automatic micro-mesh milling machines Aseptic packaging room Quality Assurance All aspects of production in our factory are strictly controlled and we pay careful attention to Quality Assurance. Sampling and analysis is carried out at every stage of manufacturing, from the raw materials as we receive them through to the finished product. We have our own dedicated QA laboratory for this purpose which is fitted with a wide range of modern equipment, including an atomic absorption analyzer, high performance liquid chromatograph and ultravilolet spectrophotomenter | ||
